Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Eastern MedTech we strive to provide the highest quality durable medical equipment to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 21 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Perishable goods, such as food or supplements.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as incontinence products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Portable oxygen concentrators, travel CPAP machines, CPAP cleaners, batteries and pillows are final sale and not returnable. 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at Eastern MedTech to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that were included with the product.
  3. Include the proof of purchase and the RMA number in the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the following address:

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Care Team at or by calling 857.400.0044 and asking for the return. Department.

8. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Items subject to restocking fees will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at or by calling 857.400.0044. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
