I always get a courtesy reminder call for when I need my supplies and the person on the other end is always eager to help me with my needs. When the Philips CPAP machine was recalled about a year ago, my help came only from the Eastern Sleep & Respiratory staff. One person in particular was Alex he made me feel at ease (Because I was really freaking out) and helped me set up my machine so that any foam particles that would seep through would be visible. When I did receive my replacement Alex came trough again by spending lots of his time to walk me through the steps that I needed to set up my replacement. The owner of Eastern sleep and Respiratory called me and corrected whatever problems I had with the billing. He said that he would wipe out all charges. There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding the time of purchase of the CPAP and if rental fees were involved. There may have been a change in insurance coverage. At any rate, I am well-pleased with the outcome and I recommend Eastern Sleep & Respiratory for anyone who has need of their services.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Eastern Sleep and Respiratory. After a tele-health appointment with my doctor it was determined that I needed a new CPAP machine. My physician referred me to ESR and told me a representative would contact me within 2 days. You can imagine my surprise when I received a call from David Clarke later that same day! It was refreshing to speak to someone who was so knowledgeable and professional. He was able to address all of my questions and concerns and within an expected timeframe I had my new machine! After this positive experience I wouldn’t think of dealing with any other company to see to all of my CPAP needs.
