I’m a natural optimist, energized by understanding how things work and finding ways to make them better. I believe in leading by example, the power of teams, and empowering others to learn and grow alongside me. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 26 years (and counting!) and am a proud dad to three great kids and one sweet, slobbery Newfoundland dog. Outside of work, you’ll find me sailing, skiing, cheering on Boston sports, attending my kids’ events, supporting local causes, reading and staying endlessly curious.

Supporting our team and keeping the patient at the center of every decision guides how I lead each day. I’ve been married to my wonderful wife for 35 years (and counting!). Our children are the heart of our family and a constant source of pride. Outside of work, you’ll often find my wife and I watching dog shows from around the world, searching for wild mushrooms, creating some delicious home-cooked meals, and simply enjoying our time together.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to lifting others up, ensuring both our internal Team and our patients receive the reliable, compassionate service they deserve. My passion is building strong teams, developing effective processes, and delivering exceptional experiences for the patients we’re honored to serve. Being a mom is the absolute joy of my life. We love to explore new places, spend time on the water, and create cooking recipes with our sourdough starter – Doughby. Most often though, you’ll find me traveling all over with my son’s elite flag football team. Watching him play is my favorite movie.

Patients are at the center of what motivates me, and I believe the best progress in healthcare happens when providers and health plans work together to support independence and deliver better care. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and a devoted cat person to my ragdoll, Benny. I live in a small town surrounded by national parks, where you’ll usually find me hiking or rafting, playing board games, enjoying good food, and slowing down with quiet time in nature.
I’m naturally detail-oriented and enjoy bringing clarity and order to complex processes. With experience across credentialing, provider enrollment, and medical and legal environments, I take pride in doing things thoughtfully, accurately, and with integrity. Whether supporting operations or navigating compliance, I bring a calm, steady approach and genuine care for the work I do and the people I work with. In the past five years, I’ve traveled to 59 countries, which has broadened my perspective and inspired my approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, I love spending time near the ocean, experimenting in the kitchen, and being kept on my toes by my two pets Hulk, my loyal dog, and Noodle, my leopard gecko.
I'm a dedicated, hardworking leader who values quality patient care and collaboration, but believes having a good time matters just as much. Connecting with people and bringing others together is paramount as strong teams are built on trust, connection and a positive environment. I am married with four wonderful kids and three grandkids and proudly known as the family “Magic Genie.” I am a summer-loving, outdoorsy go-getter who thrives on staying active, setting big goals, and always having a project in motion. I love sharing time with my kids, celebrating their accomplishments, and making memories together. I also enjoy making people laugh, traveling, crafting and finding joy in staying busy and sharing times with others.
I enjoy marketing and communicating clearly, helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident from their very first interaction. Building trust with patients is always my first priority. I come from a close-knit, sports-loving family as the oldest of three siblings. You’ll often find me cheering on my two younger brothers in their basketball careers. I also enjoy supporting my boyfriend in his college basketball coaching career. Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling to my happy place, Marco Island, Florida; being an active dog mom to my 6-year-old Yorkie, Marco; attending country concerts (Morgan Wallen is my favorite!); or cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Buckeye football games.
